Eating and drinking
France > Lorraine > Nancy > Information > Eating and drinking

There are plenty of places to eat and drink in Nancy. Good streets for restaurants include Grande-Rue, rue Maréchaux and rue des Ponts. Place Stanislas is perfect for a coffee, day or night, with several cafés that make good vantage points to watch Nancy go by: Grand Café du Commerce, Jean Lamour and, restored to its original splendour, the sumptuous Grand Café Foy, to name but three. It's a good place to start an evening – later on you can continue along the Grande-Rue and its offshoots, where you will certainly find a late-night bar. A good website to consult is www.nancybynight.com.
