For virtually all the jazz clubs listed, expense is a real drawback to enjoyment Utopia and L'Eustache are the cheaper ones. Admission charges are generally high, and, when they're not levied, there's usually a whacking charge for your first drink. Subsequent drinks, too, are absurdly priced about twice what you'd pay in a similar club in London, and more than double what you'd pay in New York.
