Debauve and Gallais 30 rue des Sts-Pères, 7e. A beautiful shop specializing in chocolate and elaborate sweets that's been around since chocolate was taken as a medicine – and an aphrodisiac. M° St-Germain-des-Prés/Sèvres-Babylone. Mon–Sat 9.30am–7pm; closed Aug.
